We were beside ourselves with pride to have the very famous chef Jason Atherton (ex Maze London) cook in the Tannery cookery school on Sunday 23rd May. Loads of industry people were in attendance with dignitaries from Chapter One, Campagne, Residence and more from all around the country. Jason cooked an amazine five course dinner accompanied by carefully chosen wines. Of course a lot of restraint was shown by all.

Right, today is 29th June – Paul’s birthday in fact and there is loads going on here at the moment. Firstly we have gathered another few gongs – we were up at the RAI Restaurant Awards on 9th June and picked up Best Restaurant Munster, Best Chef Munster and then a big surprise, BEST COOKERY SCHOOL overall. Of course a pretty wild night was had by all with myself and Paul heading off for a kebab at 3.30 am. I’m really glad we are getting sense in our old age.
